These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ViralMeter ("we", "us", "our", the "Service"), accessible at viralmeter.org. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ViralMeter analyses publicly available YouTube video and channel data to provide a "virality score", AI-generated insights, content suggestions, and related analytics. The Service is provided on a credit-based, pay-as-you-go basis with no subscription or recurring charge.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Credits and Payments

Credits purchased through the Service are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform. Credits do not expire. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change with notice on the pricing page.

4. Refunds

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from receiving the service you paid for, contact us within 7 days at the email on our Contact page and we will review your case in good faith.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated scripts or bots to abuse free analysis limits
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service's data or AI outputs at scale
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security

6. Third-Party Data

ViralMeter retrieves data from the YouTube Data API and processes it using Google's Gemini AI. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Use of YouTube data through our Service is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimer

Virality scores, AI suggestions, and growth recommendations are estimates based on available data and statistical models. They are not guarantees of video or channel performance. We are not responsible for any business or financial decisions made based on the Service's output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralMeter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
