Account information: username, email address, password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text).

Usage data: YouTube URLs you submit for analysis, chat messages with our AI assistant, credit transaction history.

YouTube/Instagram data: if you connect your channel, we store the public channel ID, name, and thumbnail URL for personalisation.

Payment data: handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details — only the transaction ID and amount.

To provide the virality scoring, AI insights, and chat features you request
To maintain your credit balance and transaction history
To send account-related emails (password reset, payment confirmation)
To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymised usage analytics
To prevent abuse and enforce rate limits on free features

3. Third-Party Services We Use

YouTube Data API — to fetch public video and channel statistics
Google Gemini AI — to generate title suggestions, improvement steps, and chat responses. Your video data and chat messages are sent to Gemini for processing.
Razorpay — to process payments securely
Google Analytics — to understand aggregate site usage (you can opt out via the cookie banner)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers with restricted access. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We perform regular automated backups. While we take reasonable security measures, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your session. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only if you accept them via our cookie banner. You can decline non-essential cookies at any time.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data, analysis history, and chat messages for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes (e.g. payment records).
